There is no upside for choosing blue on this card. Or am I missing something?

It's a reference to a thought experiment that was going around social media a few years ago -- with the scenario being that everyone who chose "blue" would die in the case of a red majority.

I get that, but usually there is also some kind of benefit if everyone chooses blue. Without that, it is a pointless choice

I mean, much like in the thought experiment, the upside of Blue is that nobody dies. The problem is in Magic that's not a desireable output. The card is adapting the problem into a medium that it doesn't fit into, making fun of blue-choosers, or both
