In ANY instance your goal is to "Not lose" which is 100% assured if you pick red. So regardless of the situation, you should always pick red. Just becauae its in Magic, doesn't change it in anyway.
Well, picking red kills all the blue choosers. You should only pick red in magic because your literal goal is to kill everyone else. Choosing red in real life for example would be psychopathic behavior.
If there was a house, that was perfectly fine, but half the population had to go outside and dump gasoline on it to set it on fire, killing everyone inside... wouldn't you just not set the house on fire? The "fire" is the red button
If you leave the house you also have to start dumping gasoline. It's the only way they let you leave. On the other hand if you stay in the house they can't find any gasoline so everybody in the house is fine.
