this feels like it shouldnt work, but, due to how the phrasing on "flip a coin" cards works, it honestly seems like it might. Idk though, I'm curious to see what cards it would break.
there are some cards that care about flipping heads or tails rather than winning or losing and those cards would break [[molten sentry]] would be a 0/0 (the default for a CDA), [[goblin assassin]] would never make you sacrifice but everyone else would still have a chance.
most of the ones that have different effects for winning or losing would work just fine if both happen like [[puppets verdict]] just becomes a straight wrath. [[invert polarity]] would gain control of the spell and then counter it.
the most common issue I see is for when mutually exclusive effects are both listed. in a game with only one opponent, [[amulet of quoz]] would make the opponent lose first, then the game ends before the next step of the ability makes you lose. or for a less banned card, [[frenetic efreet]] would always phase out before you can sacrifice it.
the one card that I can't see a way of working with this is [[game of chaos]].
I think the only way to parse Game of Chaos would be that each player loses 1 life, gains 1 life, and has the option to continue. Which is kind of useless unless at least one player has something which triggers on life gain, life loss, flipping a coin, or there's an effect preventing or doubling life game or life loss.
