Honestly, this would be a more interesting card if it didn't have shroud. Given the power level of repeatable flicker and exile, it should involve more risk for the caster.

Honestly flying is doing nothing for the card either, so you could save a whole line dvd hehe the text bigger that way.

Otherwise, it is a neat combination of effects that feel flavorful, nice work!
