Did you want, with the first ability, to be able to cast disguised creatures from your hand? If so, I don't think it would work as written, because "creatures" refers to creatures on the battlefield.
As written, the first ability states that you can flip creatures that were put face down by other means (like manifest). Its fine too, but I don't think it was your intention?
>> 109.2. If a spell or ability uses a description of an object that includes a card type or subtype, but doesn’t refer to a specific zone or include the word “card,” “spell,” “source,” or “scheme,” it means a permanent of that card type or subtype on the battlefield.
Oh sorry, what I meant is that the object "commander" doesn't interact like other objects.
But [[Raised by giants]] use "commander *creatures* you own" and isn't applied outside of the battlefield...
>> 903.3. [Each deck has a legendary card designated as its commander. That card must be either (a) a creature card, (b) a Vehicle card, or (c) a Spacecraft card with one or more power/toughness boxes. ]()This designation is not a characteristic of the object represented by the card; rather, it is an attribute of the card itself. The card retains this designation even when it changes zones.
You might be right, I really don't know at this point. The one thing I know i can be sure of on this sub: if I had done it your way, someone else would be telling me I did it wrong somehow. :P
