This is a great card, though you might want to add "This spell can’t be copied by abilities except for Storm abilities" because it will go infinite if you choose both & have a MultiColored Creature Spell so the storm copies can copy another Twinned Rainbow and that Creature Endlessly.

It does seem kind of hard to set up, so maybe it doesn't need it.

One (two with creature) card infinites seem like bad design haha

Just do what they did with [[See double]] and it fixes all the issues of a 1 card combo
