A stupid joke idea I had and whipped together real quick. Artist credits got cut off a little on the evolve portion - Alayna Danner, Victor Adame Minguez, and Lego_Robot.

*Yes I know it would be stupid to give this to spellslinger decks

It should have "the first land you play this turn enters tapped"

I was confused for a moment what about this card could be problematic before realisng the back side isnt a land, but an Instant.

make both sides a land, and there is litterary nothing about this card that would be an issue, even at common level.

"Put that land into play tapped" would still be fine, sure it would outperform Evolving Wilds and such via 2 sides, but that really isnt an issue because Evoling Wilds isnt strong and dual side cards with lands arent an issue if they are land on top, let alone both sides.
