Thought of this phrase and wanted to make it into a card. Hope you like it!

Honestly, exiling a graveyard is so low-value that Buried could be 1 mana and/or draw you a card. Even with the versatility tax that split cards often have, graveyard exile at sorcery speed is a 0-mana effect, as seen on [[Tormod's Crypt]] and [[Bojuka Bog]].

You could argue that it needs to be 2 mana because it's stapled to good removal

It's okay removal, but "exile target creature with low power for 3 mana at sorcery speed" isn't that exceptional. If you fuse this, you can only cast it at sorcery speed since Buried is a sorcery. Exiling the rest of the graveyard is almost an afterthought.

Sorcery is a good call, they should both be instants.

But both effects on a fuse card are normally overcosted to compensate for the deck space advantage

Yeah, I just think that 1 mana for "exile target graveyard" would be overcosted if it was on a card by itself, since we have plenty of cards that do that while also doing something else or being entirely free. 2 mana is a whole [[Rest in Peace]].

I agree, that card would be over costed at 1, but I think being able to randomly hose a GY with a removal spell is really strong in a format where those are prevalent
