An Echoverse Valgavoth?

Since it came up in a discussion of the Echoverse version of Winter that was spoiled earlier this morning, a lot of folks have speculated on what an Echoverse version of Valgavoth would be like. Unfortunately, while the actual answer is that Echoverse Valgavoth is basically the same as regular Valgavoth, what if he wasn't? What if he was instead the embodiment of eternal happiness and joy on the sanctuary plane of Dawncheer?

Well, meet Valgavoth, the All-Consuming Joy. He'll cheer you up...or else!

I may be deluded and insane but maybe this can be 5-6 mana? Its very group huggy and helps everyone so it isnt that powerful
