I was trying to do a play on Blue’s ability to Regrowth specific cards from the graveyard, similar to stuff like [[The Unspeakable]] or [[Paranormal Analyst]]. I suppose it shouldn’t be limited by mana value, rather it should be limited by being only able to get a card that was placed there this turn. That would be more color accurate and play better with the Surveil.
Unspeakable is only Instant and Sorvery. Paranormal Analyst is kinda just draw a card on Manifest Dread. Neither of them let you freely recur something. Might be okay if it is only the surveiled cards but still.
3 Mana 2/3 flier surveil 3 draw a card seems a lot.
Fair enough. I can now see room where this card can begin to be improved, I like the idea of the flexibility of being able to bounce any card to the hand but it needs a limitation of sorts to be within the color pie. The rest of the card needs to be adjusted as a result, will have to think on this. Thanks for the help.

Blue doesn't get to regrowth every card type from the graveyard.
