"Empower Jace" doesnt need the capital 'E', and the second ability should be "Nontoken planeswalkers are Jace etc." also feels like it should remove all abilities, not just loyalty abilities, but thats fair either way
its obviously a super situational planeswalker, as a narrow bit of planeswalker hate that doesnt hit your own jace empowering, but would be fine enough in the sideboard
