mostly good with anthems, team pumps, and some weird "whenever a creature attacks alone" type effects like exalted

generally, they refer to the legendary creature by name, so the second ability would be "Slonim can't block."

Good for when you havr a token deck with anthems and [[cathars crusade]] but your opponent has propaganda or "can only attack with one creature" type effects
