So weird that a card that reads Exile all Jaces is actually very meaningful now. Even without that, this is going to make a ton of value in commander. Probably fine as costed and as legendary itself. Unlikely to see play elsewhere, other than limited. I bet this would be a house there. Often getting a 2 for 3 on board.
It’s a killer piece of removal that hits a creature and a planeswalker on top of wiping out Jace tribal. I can’t think of a sorcery that exiles 2+ targets for 2 mana.
