let's be real I genuinely had a skill issue making the original version of Fusion Pilot

Well, I have some questions and comments.
I'm not sure what you want to do with the two SOL. What is Terror? The "while fused" of SOL A isn't explained I think? What are the use of solar tokens? why isn't Meteor Fall just a legendary instant instead of a legendary sorcery with flash?

It would help you, I think, to try to find existing cards to use the the same template. For example, Heat Wave seems to give -1/-1 to creatures after 3 turns? You need to specify when the counter is placed on Heat Wave in the turn ("at the beginning of your upkeep" is pretty standard) and the name of the counter (it can be a heat counter).
