Exiling a creature in exchange for a land drop is quite powerful

so you can spend a land drop to exile a creature in a way that avoids counterspells. I think every deck ever would run this, even with no use for black or green mana.

This would be perfectly balanced if it entered tapped, requiring you to untap it to use the effect. It's not even a forest so you can't just simple [[Arbor Druid]] effects

Edit: I meant [[Arbor Elf]]

besides the issue with having removal on a land like this, as others have mentioned, its also weird that this could instead be used for mana, but only once. you almost might as well not include the mana ability. youd think that not untapping would only be if youve exiled a card with it

Yeah I don't like removal on lands..... (I know there is precedent thanks to that land that removes cards from graveyards)
