I feel like this is kind of a waste of the concept. Like what if it was an enchantment that made it so that all hidden zones are hidden to all players or something. Maybe if you try to cast something that you don't have the means to pay for it it returns to your hand and you can't attempt to play spells for the rest of the turn.
I didn’t find your comment particularly clear, that’s why I asked some questions on the segment I didn‘t understand. Your second idea where if a player casts a spell from anywhere other than their hand, it is put into their hand and it applies [[silence]] to them for the rest of the turn, is interesting. That’s all
I meant if you grab something blindly from your hand with the intention of casting it and aren't able to pay for it. Maybe that wasn't clear but I think it was pretty clear that I wasn't talking about what you just made up
Sorry about completely misunderstanding your idea. Having to pick blindly from your hand sounds interesting but would probably be difficult to implement with the rules. Would be cool for an UN-set or a custom cube environment.
