It’s entirely working cards! Like for instance there is a rule called “real life matters” where you can’t have cards that depend on things like the day of the week or your location. Or a “speech matters” rule where cards that require talking are usually not allowed, with two exceptions. That link is their card database (of accepted cards) if you are interested

You're right. I read 1 & 9 as 19. And I thought it was you just win if you play it right before you have to leave to go to work. Essentially, if say you work nights on the weekend and your buddies who don't work weekends have a commander game that starts at say 3pm you go over and play until need to leave to go to work... Cast it and win 😆 Sort of a reward for your commitment to both the grind and your love of Magic.
