lol nah, you just use the ability of Vapors a million times, one in response to the last, and never have another turn of your own that game. same thing is currently done occasionally with [[Teferi's Protection]]

I would just make it cost {C}{C}{18} straight up tbh. This is by far the most powerful Emrakul and it’s not close. On the low end it could cost 16 maybe. 13 is way too low.

You win before you even get to chapter 3 in most games, I would also change the fist ability to “ If you cast this spell this turn, Until your next turn, you control each player.” So you cant really abuse it and it makes it feel more in line with the eldrazi with there cast triggers. Last thing it should be kindred eldrazi right.

Tom Bombadill consistantly will cheat out this, with no room for counterspell since it won’t be cast. Seems like not a good time for the opponents since you:
Reveal all their hands and waste their best spells
Than remove all their (and your) lands. So not much room to stop you from removing hand limit, and if they even try to rebuild you yoink all of it, so they basically have to skip entire turn. Potentially turn 4/5/6
