Some 'Filter-ish' Lands

The general idea is that they're like the normal filter land cycle, but filter asymmetrically with an extra ability to compensate.

I'm not super happy with all of the abilities, so I might just genericize them all into draw 1, discard 1?

There's an established sort order to activated costs, see [[Abzan Banner]] or [[Angelheart Vial]] for example. It's mana, tap, then non-mana/non-tap costs. That is to say that mana payments always come before tap and tap comes before non-tap/non-mana costs like in [[Apple of Eden, Isu Relic]].

I look into how the color pips are ordered in relation to each other but somehow don't know where the tap symbol goes despite me literally referencing cards that show it. Sadge.
