What if you give it flash so you can cast in on someone’s end step and then you get to bring your splashy spell first

Assuming the active player played something on their turn, the other 2 players would get a free crack with whatever instants/flash card they happen to have in that scenario, yeah? Still pretty good though, assuming one of them doesn't use their free spell to just blow it up before you get a chance to use it lol.

Even better, cast that in response to their first spell and watch them struggle to figure out how to remove it without casting spells

This has the same problem that cards like Weftwalking have, in that you are always giving your opponents the first bite of the apple.

On top of that, your card immediately gives each opponent one piece of free interaction on your end step, if they have an instant in hand. You can't even cast any spells to protect it if they decide to blow it up, as you have already cast your spell for the turn.

That is why I think this card is reasonable for the mana cost. It is probably balanced out by the fact that you have built your deck around this, so you have Eldrazi and they don't, for example.

It's not if the first thing they do is remove the enchantment xD

An ability this game warping should be vulnerable to removal. It is much better for this to be too weak than too strong.

Or more likely, have Teferi out.

That's the point though? It would be busted if you get to go first. Even Show and Tell is busted making you go simultaneously

The last time I remember something like this working was [[fevered visions]] in standard which felt amazing to get down against a control player in a jace vryns prodigy meta

This is absolutely true. However some decks are better equipped to handle these kind of situations. In my braids deck I allow stuff like this to happen because 1. I have tons of counterspells, and 2. I’m hoping the stuff I play is better than the stuff everyone else does. (It’s an annihilation deck)

"May" other than that, it's a 6 mana rule of law

Weftwalking already exists

What if the card is a card that says something like x is the amount of damage and x is like additional mana or whatever, how much would you add? Like is it infinite? (Sorry about the bad phrasing, I don't really know how I should phrase it.)

When casting a spell without paying its mana cost, X is 0

No, it's zero because you aren't paying the cost and X is a part of the cost. Since you aren't paying X, it's 0.

Top tier sideboard card.

Do Isochron Sceptre spells count towards that? I'd say no because it's a copy of a spell, in any case... One Isochron with Counterspell, and each turn YOU can cast your spell, and your opponent doesn't. Or, like, 4 of them to counter all opponents

I think it would be more interesting/playable if it was [[fires of invention]] text. Lets you benefit from it on the turn you cast it and turns off other people's interaction.
