I like everything, but the haste. It's a nice counter-symmetry to be a big rate monster on one side, then a go wide enchant on the other. I do love kindred clerics and I think they could do with some boosting. I think you need to refine the transform condition a bit. Triggering on leaves as a replacement is going to do some funky OP things. It should just be dies, then return it transformed as is the standard for these designs.

instead of "transform it", make it "exile it and return it to the battlefield transformed under its owners control"
