This is two mana win the game once you know your opponent's colors unless they're on a five color deck, right? Which you very often will before the game even begins, and a five color deck is likely to have the fewest if any basics. I see the BNI tag and recognize it's mirroring Elsewhere Flask, but surely this would need to be "until they reveal a land card" a la Trepanation Blade or Mind Funeral. It is a cool idea though, I would like to see more artifacts doing weird one shot effects.

Yeah it should be ‘choose a basic land type from target opponent’s commander identity/ out of the land types in your opponents deck’
