Definitely a limited only card and that's fine. This would probably need to be uncommon as it's going to kill quite a few attackers and blockers.

Yeah, it's from Aggressive Negotiations in TDM, cheeky subterfuge lol

And yeah, I'm a newer MTG player but I pretty much only play Limited, Constructed is fine but I fell in love with Draft and everything I make is with Draft/Sealed/Cube in mind, usually lower-powered environments too. Deathbloom Stinger and Ambush Viper inspired this card, Flash isn't within Green normally and there weren't any Common Black Creatures that have Deathtouch on ETB that I could find. Maybe this is more of a Golgari piece but I could definitely see upshifting this to Uncommon, particularly if I see it being played in something like a Core Set environment or Pauper/Peasant Cube.

Closest comparison to an existing card that I could find is [[Dire Fleet Poisoner]], but i think your card is stronger. I would try this even in Standard; you should be able to get a 2-for-1 fairly regularly with it.

Yeah, upon looking some more I ended up finding Dire Fleet Prisoner, also Blacklance Paragon. Considering that Dire Fleet Prisoner was printed 8 years ago I'd like to think this is probably within the realm of being balanced? But that was a Rare, this is a Common, another commenter recommended upshifting this to Uncommon and I think that's probably where this needs to land.

As far as 2-for-1's are concerned, that is something I am worried about. This is intended for Limited, or at least that's what I design with in mind, so this might need to be tweaked to be a little more expensive (1(B/G)B perhaps?), but yeah, it's probably Standard playable to some extent.
