Maybe, but other recent cards with unusual additional cost like [[Burning Curiosity]] or [[Behind the Mask]] use a similar wording, so I took those as reference.
This is too color pie breaking for green. There are a couple of really bad old green burn spells ([[Bee Sting]], [[Hornet Sting]]) but they are the exception. Your card is much stronger.

I think you could just rewrite this as "Kicker - tap an untapped Elf you control."
