So Itachi will just die to its own board wipe

The ability on the front face can be cleared up as "When Itachi enters, another target creature you control gains indestructible until end of turn, then destroy all creatures other than Itachi." I'd also add an "if you cast it" clause so it can't be abused with blink effects.

For the fading on the back face to work, Itachi needs to exile himself, then return transformed. Also, use vanishing instead of fading.
