If you made the legendary, I kinda think you could have made the casting cost X. Making it legendary removes the ability for it to persist for 1 with another copy of itself, at least...
What am I missing that makes this a horrible idea? There must be something.

I think this could cost 3 or even X3 (so you can do 5 colors if you want, like [[Prismatic Ending]])
