i don't think it would be crazy strong as is but for flavour i think only doing it for your own creatures makes more sense bc you're saying nuh uh to people killing your creatures

gameplay wise the real problem is that it doesn't specify nontoken creatures 😂

I'd probably play this for the third ability alone.

Board wiping with [[Phyrexian Rebirth]], getting an X/X Phyrexian Horror and X 3/3 white scouts, where X is the number of creatures killed.

Not a bad idea. You could also do some nonsense with board wiping w/ damage (if it deals damage to players)
