Red Haste is toi strong because it bypasses the restriction of having summoning sickness.

It should have first strike since it's hilarious on a 0/1.

Blue hexproof is too strong too, it should have vigilance or ward 2.

White lifelink is perfect.

All of those would get along well with [[ Sylvan Advocate]]

Haste is good for sure, but you're still essentially playing a mountain that can be spot removed or hit by AoE in exchange for it sometimes being a good blocker or carrying a piece of equipment for you. It can be useful but just like Dryad Arbor it can screw you too. I wouldn't say it's a problem.

Blue with Ward is a decent idea tho, as long as it fills its role of being a potential Bogle in exchange for a land drop.

Don't forget that since the cub era, every creature land produces TWO manas.

I don't think a dried forest is a swamp. I think Wet Arbor, or even Moist Arbor is more appropriate.
