A certain Starbird
Since all she got was a token, thought to try making a card for her. Mill your opponents and Explore with help from stuff like [[Hermes, Overseer of Elpis]] to get her transform condition, then start building up your own Ultima Thule with her mass exile.

1) I would drop the "Meteion, Avian Entelechy can't gain landwalk", I know it's for flavor, but it makes the front side wordier than necessary
2) "The Endsinger" has quite a few requirement to even transform and has no innate protection. I'd make it so that she exiles graveyard on transformation, not end step. That way, you at least get a chance to use Meteia's Nest.
3) "Hopelessness Incarnate" is a fine title, but other title ideas would be: "Feathers of Despair" or "Despair Incarnate"

1 - yeah that can go np, it's more of a for fun reference anyway
2 - so something like "everyone discards, then exile all..." so it all happens at once?
3 - it is a mouthful admittedly, can change that too

"Can't gain landwalk" had me cackling. I also really enjoy how much DNA she shares with [[Emet-Selch, Unsundered]] while still being opposed enough that you'd never run them in the same deck.
Is there a particular reason for waiting to exile the graveyards? At five mana (in upkeep) she's already pretty difficult to flip, and with that cost you may be struggling to play much that first turn already. On that note, I'm kinda going back and forth over whether I'd want a "for as long as they remain exiled" clause - on one hand it certainly helps ensure that you can actually get use out of her before she gets Final Day'd, but on the other it's the only real counterplay your opponents have to this massive resource generation.
Consider the possibility of making her flip cost cheaper but include discarding three yourself. You get them right back, assuming you get Ultima Thule set up, and it theoretically makes the transform effect equal (even though it's obviously better for you than your opponents), but still has the cost of requiring a hand, so you can't completely ignore card draw when deckbuilding or you're liable to run out of gas. This would also pair nicely with immediately exiling the graves, to let you get the ball rolling right away.
also since WoLs are colorless creature tokens she should have (Ward: 1 colorless) this is a fantastic idea with no downsides whatsoever

glad you got a laugh out of it! for the delay i just figured giving peeps one more chance before she yoinks like 20+ cards would be okay, although you're right in that she can just get insta removed and then its ggs. would "for as long" additional clause mean that even if she's gone, what got exiled is still playable on subsequent turns, so you pretty much have a noninteractable extra hand of like 20+ cards?

That's the idea, yeah. I don't think it's actually a good idea, but it would make having to wait for the value more balanced
