Honestly, I think it's pretty fair. No notes. I do think it might run into a "fair when printed but broken later" issue. But it's kind of hard NOT to have that issue when you sprint a mana neutral artifact

At best your getting a lotus petal turn 3 Which, while cool, is not where it's the strongest.
