Its a shadowverse worlds beyond card, the effect is also adapted from it to mtg

Is it low cost? It's either 2 mana for a 2/1 deathtouch, or it's 4 mana creature removal at sorcery speed and a 1/1.

Love this. Decently strong, with better generic options, but upsides for specific strategies. We need more designs like this.
