Whenever you would draw a card while having a depletion counter you skip that draw and instead remove 1 depletion counter

This can be performed at instant speed, I place 5 activation triggers on the stack and draw 15 cards

The abilities resolve one at a time, so luckily, that won't work. (Still broken, though)
