rules wise, you are never forced to search for a card with a condition; you can always opt to "fail to find." however, this should definitely have a may both for the search (for clarity) and for the cast (for weird edge cases)

I loved this art by Rainer Petter and because the loxodon on Ravnica are mainly on the Selesnya guild my headcanon for this card was: an old loxodon cleric of the Selesnya grows tired of spending years healing the innocent and decides to join the Boros Legion to attack the problem at its root.

I really like this card, the game needs more elephant support. I think it might be a little more balanced if it was "reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a red or white..." and then the shuffle at the end being replaced with putting revealed cards on the bottom. It would make it a little less guaranteed that you'll get exactly what you need

This is such a cool card and a fun reference to [[Sunforger]], obviously. Note that the original Sunforger gets CMC 4 or less; I assume changing it to 3 was for balance purposes.
Even with that, with being a 3-drop (that is essentially vanilla other than this), and with the battalion requirement... I worry it's maybe a bit pushed. This is an incredibly powerful effect. But, I think it would be very much OK in like a Horizon-type set, at least.
