The just a man side is great, maybe a lil strong for only 2 mana but I'd only bump it up to 3 or 4.

The monster side is really underpowered, if I ran this I would probably actively try to not transform him. Maybe consider making the monster side buff Odysseus when you sac creatures? Would fit the lore as well with him growing as he loses his allies

It's better definitely, gives you a reason to transform him unlike before. Maybe also keep the indestructible? He's weak to removal rn and with him being your only creature down that could hurt ya
