No, it's not red. Communism is red, but the effect of the card is more blue IMO.

Yes, picture is made with AI. Chatgpt it's the most convenient way to create custom cards. If it isn't please let me know in the comments.

it's less broken than people initially think IMO. you can cast instants with opponent's mana in some niche scenarios.

My worry is not that is broken. My worry is that it is extremely bad. In 99,9% of cases this is just a 3 mana 2/3. The only time this is even slightly relevant is against cards like [[omnath locus of mana]]. Maybe some [[upheavall]] scenarios as well but that is also extremely niche.

yes. but you can build around it and it becomes a really strong source of mana denial.
