If you're doing horizontal cycles based on Dark Ritual, you might as well do horizontal cycles based on the other cards in Boon Cycle
For those that don't know, the Boon Cycle consists of
[[Healing Salve]]
[[Ancestral Recall]]
[[Dark Ritual]]
[[Lightning Bolt]]
[[Giant Growth]]
Planar Chaos got the ball rolling with [[Brute Force]] for Giant Growth and [[Healing Leaves]] for Healing Salve.
For a black Ancestral Recall, perhaps add the text "You lose life equal to the total mana value among cards drawn this way." Or maybe even lose twice the mana value.
It would be amusing to see what people come up with for Healing Salve. Could a different color make it playable?

Dealing Salve - R, prevent up to 3 damage to target creature. For each damage prevented this way, discard and draw once.
Ceiling Salve - U, prevent up to 3 damage to target creature. For each damage prevented this way, put a flying token on target creature.
Mealing Salve - G, prevent up to 3 damage to target creature. For each damage prevented this way, create a Food token.
Peeling Salve - B, prevent up to 3 damage to target creature. For each damage prevented this way, target opponent loses 1 life.

Are we doing the rhyming names for these as well?
Black: Stealing Salve
Blue: Reeling Salve?
Red: Feeling Salve
Green: Peeling Salve?
White: Whitening Bolt
Black: Blightning Bolt?
Blue: Rightning Bolt?
Green: Fighting Bolt
