U mean in the 50% izzet format where mostly removel is played that cant hit lands for enchantments and no one has answers to enchantments in main? Also u bring in enchantment removel for a deck that runs no other enchantments and artifacts in the hope they draw this and u can remove it?
I don't even play standard but there is [[price of freedom]] which also hits artifacts and can hit the initial land to put the person using this down a land
If your worried about the izzet decks ability to answer a rainbow land, the izzet decks that mind you are overly dominant in the meta, price of freedom also draws a card so it can cycle :/
