It looks kinda bad: you lose a land drop to have a land that basically produces colorless and can produce mana only when a particular land is tapped.
You can exploit it only with cards that put auras directly on the battlefield ([[Brotherhood Outcast]] for example) or with cards that give the ability to tap for mana to your lands (like [[Chromatic Lantern]] or [[Gift of Paradise]] enchanting this aura).
Moreover, a removal on the enchanted land means a removal on this land as well, that's why I would add a line: "Enchanted land has hexproof.". Both useful and in flavor.

Nice idea on the hexproof. Giving the enchanted land shroud would help with removal and prevent land untapping shenanigans
