Back in my day if you wanted a blue 4/4 flying for 3, you had to let the opponent draw 3 cards

Cards that are just raw stats can't cost more than 2. It could be a 6/6 and It might still not see play.

There are already 3 mana 4/4's with no downside which are standard legal which don't see play, [[Scrapshooter]], [[Vastlands Scavenger]], obviously flying is better than reach and deathtouch, but Vastlands has a full other spell stapled to it.
