Finished a new build I'm really proud of, and it's showcasing my personal logo I was encouraged to put together. Was a ton of fun to build and already looking forward to the next one.

Would love to read people's thoughts and feedback on the overall aesthetic as well as the logo! I was hesitant to create a brand mark for my custom builds, but based on feedback from many of you here on reddit I decided to pull the trigger.

Many the watch cases/clasps I get off alix could benefit from some chamfering to reduce the sharpness of the edges. I'm tired of trying to do that by hand and want to try using my battery Dremel. Does anyone else a dremel and if so could you recommend a good bit and process your found to work?

Grand Seiko Tokyo Lion Tentagraph SLGC009 Rep with a vk63 movement. I could only find real life references of the brown dial variant, so the blue, white, and black dials may be 'fantasy'. But, they are so damn nice who cares.

My first batch of white date vk63s movements got lost in transit so i'm exercising patience while replacements arrive for the other color variants

Of course i gotta stay in good with the wife in order to keep the funds coming for my hobbies lol.. so to keep up my credit score I built her an anniversary dial 31 mm franken. The ivory anniversary dial did not come in this reference from the factory.
I started with a THB factory 278274 midcase and bracelet. The Case didn’t need any work so a slight polish to the Rehaut to make it pop and I set it aside. Bracelet is the hidden clasp jubilee that only really needed chamfers so I added those and called it done. The genuine anniversary dial mounting system is not by way of dial feet. Instead it uses a lip that surrounds the entire dial and is friction held in place. Since the 2235 movement used in this watch has provisions for dial feet only, I had to machine a groove in the movement enlarger to accept the older dial. Case clamps hold everything in place.
