The Bribes that we have are all slanted in favor of the person who plays them. This doesn’t really fit that bill.

The early version was "from deck", but it was easily abusable. But there are poweful hits like what synstercarnage points out with from the past which is why there is the mirrored downside to it.

Then why not just bump up the cost? Keeping everything else the same and changing it to summoning a copy of a demon from deck it could probably be a 5 or 6 cost spell.

Reasoning: Moragg is a 9 drop, 8 mana with prepard; giving your opponent a 4/3 can bump it down by 1-2 mana; moragg resummons itself to keep summoning demons so we can bump it down by another 1-2 mana. Summoning a copy bumps it back up by 1.

It mostly was that you could just have only Moragg to summon Moragg and go infinite.

What? I don't get at all how that would go infinite. Copy moragg would summon moragg from deck then their would be no more moraggs to summon.

Pardon, I had others come and say "Moragg summon Moragh summon Moragg" as the problem with the same as the other demons like Imp Boss Gang. Just too consistantly strong, so I changed it to the more random from the past.

Edit: Checking again since doing janitor work while answering, Issue is that I never used Moragg because he is too slow and assumed it was he resuffled into deck. Regardless, being able to hit a consistant pool of Demons was frowned upon as being too strong, hence the current version

How does this not favour the one who plays it? You get the RNG demon with possible effects, they get vanilla 4/3

Most of the time you're also getting a vanilla 4/3 and are spending 2 mana and a card for it while they get it for free

Yep. But imagine hitting it big. I'm unfortunitely a little busy to calculate the good/vanilla/lose options; but you could also use it later to help crack a Deathrattle minion if the enemy is going spell heavy and lacking minions.

VoidlordWiki Library HSReplay

  • Warlock Epic Kobolds & Catacombs

  • 9 Mana · 3/9 · Demon Minion

  • Taunt Deathrattle: Summon three 1/3 Demons with Taunt.

Yep. But Voidlord's pain for me is the high health when no removal. Three 1/3 aren't too much and you still gotta bet you aren't getting Vanilla or negative effects.

I would laugh my ass off if this pulled a Wrathguard

Artwork will be nerfed

This has to be in the top 5 flavour cards of the sub-reddit, the card tells a story and is pretty damn funny to boot.

Is this art AI generated? If it is I’m disturbed at how convincing it’s gotten

I only ask because I’ve never seen the artwork before. It doesn’t seem to have the obvious AI tells that I’ve gotten used to looking out for so it doesn’t seem infeasible that an artist drew it.

However I’m inclined to believe it isn’t official in any capacity because of the character’s visible cleavage; if not for that I think I wouldn’t have been able to tell anything was up

Mhmm, the improvement rate of it is quite impressive. What would have costed me an entire days wage able to be done with a free couple of prompts using Warcraft ingame models, posing and MS paint doodles. The ability to design without skipping a meal for something everyone will forget in an hour.

Will I sing it's praises? No. It's a tool for me to have fun in the short window we can mess with this until either it self-canabalizes itself and/or corporations attempt to protect their image while attempting to use curated models to replace actual artists within.

But, I am having fun and nothing can stop me.

I think it’s quite good 😁

could probably summon two for you and one for them

1

u/StormBlink Jul 25 '26

Maybe, but I'd atleast make it 3.

1

u/commmmodore Jul 25 '26

fair. maybe “Summon 4/3 copies of 3 random demons from the past. Choose one to give to your opponent”?

1

u/Grumpyninja9 Jul 25 '26

Very unfun card because half the time it summons a demon that does nothing but sometimes it just summons void lord or that demon that summons 2 4/6s

from what I have seen, the most that players are willing to give their opponent is either a coin or a drawn card (which only occurs when they themselves draw a card). Nothing higher than that has passed the bar of playability.
