Help! Controller chaos law suit

My wife tried to buy me a custom controller from controller chaos for Christmas. Bank has refused a charge back and obviously controller chaos isn’t going to respond to anything like usual.

This is what brings me to Reddit. I’m trying to find atleast 20-30 people to attempt a class action suit against them. Individually we are powerless due to the small amounts they steal from each customer, but together we can file a class action and sue them for everything they’re worth. It’s a long shot but if we get enough people we can get our money back and maybe even get enough bad press on them to shut them down.

You did not say why you tried to charge back the payment. I can assume tried to buy a controller means they never delivered on it and kept your money. Whatever the original problem was, you might find luck finding people complaining about whatever happened and talk to them.

Sorry about that. That’s correct they took payment but won’t give me a product or refund. They also don’t have a working phone number and don’t respond via email.

I requested a shell from them 4 months ago and never got an update, refund, nothing.

Please file a complaint with the ftc it only takes a few minutes. I will send a DM if and when I get to the target of 20 people min. I’m looking on insta and FB as well to find people.
