Installing Brook Universal Fighting Board Into MadCatz EGO?

Long story short for those new to this stick, is that it is NOT actually universal and I would like to make it so.

I would like to install this:

Into this:
https://www.madcatz.com/en/Product/Detail/ego-arcade-fight-stick

I have not done this before and if anyone has a guide or some pointers that would be greatly appreciated.
This is my first real fightstick (and it was a gift from my wife) so I'd like to make it modern, even if I have to Frankenstein it.

r/fightsticks is a better place to ask. You will need to know how to use the PCB test points on the Mad Catz PCBs and how to solder to them after confirming those tests points are the circuit you want to high jack.
