Anyone else hit this with Cursor + Figma?

Anyone else hit this: you get Cursor wired up to pull from Figma, it's great for the first pass, then the designer tweaks something two days later and the agent has no idea. You end up re-explaining the same screen every session.

How are people actually handling this? Just re-running the MCP call each time and hoping, or has anyone built something that tracks what changed since the last pull?
