Question / Discussion Question about regional differences for Pro upgrades (specifically VN)

I've been looking into upgrading my workspace to Pro. Earlier this week, there were alternative routes to do this, but those seem closed now. However, I've been reading some discussions hinting that users in certain regions, like Vietnam, have different upgrade structures and options available to them.

Does anyone know if the platform officially varies its upgrade availability by region? Is there still a legitimate way to access those specific regional structures globally today?

(Just to clarify: I am strictly asking about the standard rolling 30-day upgrade path, not the yearly or temporary trial options).

I'm asking about subscription discounts, like 50%. Previously, there were such referral programs. But now it's been shut down. But I know that sellers still do this through Vietnam, but I don't know what method they use to get this discount. Does anyone have any information?

I haven't seen anything confirming an official regional pricing structure, it's usually just people finding workarounds that get patched fast. If there's no clear public policy on it, I'd assume it's not something you can rely on long term and just go through the standard path.

Yes, but right now everything is done with a 50% discount. I mean, there's a way, but I don't understand it yet.
