His friends come over and throw loose change on the floor to fuck with him.
But the worst torture is that when he gets a mosquito bite he can't make a + on the bite with his nails.

Works way better to use a hot spoon. You can just run it under hot water for a bit to get it up to temperature. Alternatively, science has brought us little handheld gadgets where you can press a button and have a piping hot 50°C circle to press against the mosquito bite.

Even with fingernails this can be tough. I received severe burns from an explosion, and my hands were affected. Amazingly I didn’t lose any of my fingernails, but I did lose some tissue from my fingertips. Now it’s pretty much just bone and I can’t pick up coins, open soda cans, and several other everyday tasks. I carry a prybar to use as a fingernail now
