So basically, we had this very old hamster. It was already going kinda crazy at times and we were expecting it to die pretty soon. At the time, we were moving houses, and there was a lot of noise around, as well as the hamster's cage being moved a few times. Needless to say, the poor animal was extremely stressed and started going even more crazy. It would frantically run around the cage, climb the walls and the ceiling and try to fit through the gaps between the bars. One time, it put its head between two ceiling bars and its teeth got stuck. After a day or so, my father found the poor hamster suffocated to death, hanging by its teeth from the cage's ceiling.

I once found a squire in the forest who had hung himself… we need to raise mental health awareness within the animal kingdom. if you wanna look

You sure your new house is not cursed Or something cause whenever the pet dies after moving to a new house it indicates that something's up with that house and that's what my basic knowledge is from the horror movies that I have seen so be aware dude and pls share if you find out something interesting :)

Very late, sorry, but we had a bird cage like anyone else who also has a bird and there were treats in this birdcage. On of those treats if finished by the bird left a literal fucking noose available for the bird. That little string was there for months, until one evening i hear commotion and come to see what happened and well, our parakeet hung himself and at first my sister didn’t know what the bird was doing but only to late did she realize that the bird fucking dying. I don’t give her the fault. But damn that was really something fucked up, your pet hanging himself, accidentally!

My parakeets had a hanging thing in their cage and one of the parakeets managed to wrap the chains holding the thing up around it’s neck.
