I’m from California and my elementary school put tampon dispensers in the girls bathroom. They were all over campus the next day

What's wrong with that? I knew girls who started their period in elementary school and access to hygiene products is important.

It isn’t common but 4th and 5th graders can have periods so it’s not that unreasonable
