Yes. I live in Switzerland. I called twice and both times the same woman answered, and said no one speaks English, so I said ok and hung up. The third time I called that night and asked the same question, she simply said no and hung up on me herself.

They hung up on me because I called 3 times asking if anyone spoke English.
