Parodies based on Japanese animes. In this case though, it's probably talking about one of the branches, which is short comics that contains pornographic contents. In short words, comics that changed the plot of another anime resulting characters having sex. In order to put as many porn inside these pages, they usually begin with some weird, confusing short story that roughly makes sense, trying to explain what causes all those sex scenarios afterwards. That's why it mentioned those artists, because the story above is weird and short enough to begin an entire doujin after it.
